Diego, is an 11-year old boy, who is forced to spend his vacation with his grandfather Francisco, whom he barely knows, in a small country house located in the mountains of the Venezuelan Andes. In the midst of a hostile environment, without TV, mobile, Internet, Ipod, Playstation nor anything he is used to, Diego will experience something which will mark him his whole life. He embarks on an adventure with his grandfather and a blue apple tree which keeps a great secret near its roots.
