The story of Ahmed and his wife Fawzeya who feels neglected by her husband as a woman. After Ahmed refused Fawzeya's request for divorce, she decided to get an operation and change sexes. Suffering from a lot of conflicting feelings considering she feels things as a woman, their child suffers from neglection.
