9TH PANORAMA OF THE EUROPEAN FILM

The Panorama of the European Film is an annual event founded by Misr International Films (Youssef Chahine) and organized by Zawya. The Panorama of the European Film comes back this year from the 2nd - 12th of November, with an eclectic selection of more than 50 features and a selection of 33 shorts. Since its creation in 2004, the Panorama did not stop growing and for its 9th edition, it is once again extending outside of Cairo, to include screenings across 4 cities in Egypt. In Cairo: The Panorama’s two main cinemas are once again Zawya and Karim, and they are a walking distance from each other. Limited screenings are held in Cinema Point 90 in the 5th settlement, Plaza Cinema in Sheikh Zayed in addition to free screenings held in several cultural centers (French Institute in Mounira, Istituto Italiano di Cultura & Goethe-Institut Kairo).
